Wedlock AKA Deadlock

This is a movie that I'm planning on watching tonight. I remember watching it years ago and liked it.

Rutger Hauer plays Frank, who is an inmate in a futuristic prison. He's in for stealing a fortune in diamonds and he wants out to get the loot. The problem is that each prisoner has an explosive collar around his and her neck that detonates when he or she gets over 100 yards away from his or her "partner" (who is unknown). Frank finds the identity of his partner and together they break out of prison and set out to find the jewels. After they escape they are pursued by his double crossing partners.
