I found the mp3 you mentioned the other day a bit more informative though. At least that was someone who was speaking out about a group that they themselves were once a part of before realizing what sinister things he was actually a part of before quitting and speaking out against it.

On occasion Doc and I have had discussions that were ok. Now he seems to have a fat stick up his ass that is playing tricks with his ego, so at the moment I'd have to disagree with him having anything insightful to say.

He'd rather play around and make some sort of joke using terms like "white debbil" and try and put words in my mouth that I never said. As long as that is his game he can "suck it".

I would normally continue with a Navy joke after the Suck It remark but Doc would probably take it seriously so I'll just leave it there and insinuate it instead.

well, i made this point earlier:

i agree that gays should not be discriminated against. i don't agree that we should force people not to discriminate because it doesn't stop people from being racist. it's like the references regarding raising children: if you teach them in love and with maturity, they will grow to be loving and mature. the government just doesn't have the capacity to do that, as they are only about force (forcing laws).

on the other hand, i can see how the civil rights laws, really solved a social ill, and did so in a spectacular way, but then over half the country already agreed with it, over 100 years before it finally was successful (including mostly christians). so i'm really torn on it. on the one hand i agree, gays shouldn't be discriminated against, and on the other hand, i agree religions shouldn't be discriminated against. it's like making me want to pull my hair out.
