Weird error I am running into? Maybe?

I don't know if this is the right board but here goes.

Over the past couple of weeks I have starred a post I liked only to go back later and see I was able to star that post again?

I thought perhaps I just maybe mistook which post I starred so I wrote a couple down [Name, post content, page, etc] to make sure I knew which post. I starred them, came back and it was like my star never "took"

Just thought I would ask

The star option will let you star a thing over and over, but only 1 star will be added to the actual count after a page refresh.

Or that's how it should work.
