Something is strange about the location. I think there is going to be another one about the same size a little north or south soon.

From the order in which I have seen these earthquakes occur, there will be similar ones in other continents 90 or more degrees latitude maybe in two weeks time. I don't know if it's the shockwaves bouncing off the Earth's core or whether it's some load rebalancing trick, but that's the way they seem to happen. It was a new moon a few days ago.

Interesting theory, is there data to back this up?

I've noticed that also. I have also noticed quakes a quarter or a half off within a day. There are people researching the ones within a day now, I learned that from reading some articles. Whether the ones two weeks later are related is going to be hard to prove though, they have to figure out how to say anything about them. They are getting evidence on the ones within a day presently, but that will probably take years to complete.

I read an article years ago about someone that predicted earthquakes by the shadow of the moon during a solar eclipse. I think it said that where the shadow was during the eclipse would be where it occurs. I don't know how to, or care to, search for the info. Hopefully, someone can give it a shot.

The location is roughly 9 degree south. So offsetting 90 degrees is near the poles. Was it meant to be 90 plus in longitude?
