It comes after 2 and is just before you get to 4.

How about speaking English so we all know what the hell you are talking about instead of derailing this thread with nonsense?

Of course if it doesn't back your silly fantasy of Putin you call it derailing...gotcha.

So you just admitted to intentionally derailing a thread...genius.

I admit I derailed the propaganda stunt coming from you and Kiev.

Ladies and gentlemen, make your bets who will win the next round of warfare.

So it was Russia that started the color revolution in the Ukraine, hired the Madien, plundered the countries gold and is now so broke they have to ask the IMF for funds?

I'm not picking sides, but let Russia and the countries in that region do what's best for them, not others. Besides, the Ukraine would have crushed economically if it tried to join the EU. The rightfully elected leader prior to the coup made the right move in siding with the Russia.

So it was Russia that started the color revolution in the Ukraine

When did I say anything about the color revolution as that isn't what this thread is about?

hired the Madien, plundered the countries gold and is now so broke they have to ask the IMF for funds?

Well Yanukovych and his cronies stole billions from the country and imagine that he is living like a king in Russia with the help of the Russian government. Here you might want to look at this...

yanukovychleaks.org...

I'm not picking sides, but let Russia and the countries in that region do what's best for them, not others.

They tried and Russia won't let them which is why Russia is doing what they are in Ukraine.

Besides, the Ukraine would have crushed economically if it tried to join the EU.

SO you can provide evidence to back this claim, because it seems the other countries that were once part of Russia are doing just fine after joining the EU. Also Ukraine has lived under the Russian rule for a long time and remember that and do not want to go back to that.

The rightfully elected leader prior to the coup made the right move in siding with the Russia.

The same rightfully elected president that was corrupt, stealing money and lying to the people he was elected to help...and the same one that was being impeached with his own party's approval, you mean that president?

So your saying the Russian foreign minister didn't say what's in the article?

Let's see you provide the evidence that says different, because I guarantee you won't be able.

If it's propaganda then you should be able to refute what's in the article...something you failed to do.

I think part of the Minsk deal was how to treat the enemy prisoners. So if they went away from that agreement. Yes they violated it.

I say, Kiev tries to make it look like they are following the Minsk 2 agreements by acting they give autonomous, but they don`t do what was agreed.

1. Immediate and full ceasefire in particular districts of Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts of Ukraine and its strict fulfilment as of 00:00 midnight EET on 15 February 2015.

4. On the first day after the pullout a dialogue is to start on modalities of conducting local elections in accordance with the Ukrainian legislation and the Law of Ukraine "On temporary Order of Local Self-Governance in Particular Districts of Donetsk and Luhansk Oblasts," and also about the future of these districts based on the above-mentioned law.

Without delays, but no later than 30 days from the date of signing of this document, a resolution has to be approved by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, indicating the territory which falls under the special regime in accordance with the law "On temporary Order of Local Self-Governance in Particular Districts of Donetsk and Luhansk Oblasts," based in the line set up by the Minsk Memorandum as of 19 September 2014.

12. Based on the Law of Ukraine "On temporary Order of Local Self-Governance in Particular Districts of Donetsk and Luhansk Oblasts", questions related to local elections will be discussed and agreed upon with representatives of particular districts of Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts in the framework of the Trilateral Contact Group. Elections will be held in accordance with relevant OSCE standards and monitored by OSCE/ODIHR.

Notes

1. The following measures are to be included in the Ukrainian law "On temporary Order of Local Self-Governance in Particular Districts of Donetsk and Luhansk Oblasts":

* Participation of local self-government in the appointment of the heads of prosecutors' offices and courts in the particular districts of Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts

* The freedom to create people's militia units by decision of local councils to maintain public order in particular districts of Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts

Minsk 2

- Kiev makes a law which forbids the militia to have units (last footnote I gave)

- Kiev isn`t making laws, as agreed, with bilateral talks and mutual agreement

- Kiev doesn`t follow the agreed, under OSCE standards going to be held elections, who will be also be monitored by the OSCE, but is torpedoing them by wanting to make completely new rules for the elections

- Kiev isn`t upholding on the agreed time tables which are set in the Minsk agreement

- Kiev parliament recognizing Luhansk and Donetks as occupied territory and not as autonomous parts of a Ukrainian federation

- Kiev is going on with fighting, all though less as before, they keep on doing fighting at Dontesk Airport (which was agreed already in Minsk 1 to become part of the militia) and at Mariupol.

Kiev is breaking one point after another of the Minsk 2 agreement, and it`s now up to Europe to put pressure on Kiev to let them uphold on what they have agreed too (they have signed the agreement, and by so are obligated to comply with them).

US is probably not going to do anything, because all they want is the war to continue and force Russia to go in full force so Ukraine becomes the liability of Russia...US doesn`t want to be responsible for the money drain Ukraine is starting to be, and they sure like to stick that burden on Russia (who is also not interested in that).

Mariupol?

Is not part of the minsk agreement. Neither was the continued offense against Debaltseve by rebels.

There`s fighting going on close to Mariupol right now, that was what I was referring too.

Debaltseve should have been handed over to the militia after cease fire.
