Aren't you curious as to why I knew it would be Chechens? Or do you know and are afraid to admit it?

Always placing your potential "opponents" in a box and or labeling them with a derogatory name before anyone even has the chance to offer an unwanted opinion, while making "high five" posts.

Would I be wrong, because there are those who think Putin is the victim in all of this.

I have no idea how or why you knew because like I said you were not the only one who said it could have been them .It just shows that someone had to be correct in their guesses and others were going to be wrong .I had thought that it could have been a jealous boy friend or girlfriend .There is always so many options on these sorts of things . To think that a group of guys living in a cave in Afghanistan pulled off 911 and the MSM would have guessed that within hours of the attack is just incredible ,don't you think ?

He knew because when a government hit is done they hire chechens. Simple you have employee contract chechens hit men Through say an FSB contact. what's even better is they will end up implicating chechens which are innocent but has in some way attracted attention by the FSB. Kills two birds with one stone but you'll have people claiming they didn't do it and they didnt. Want another prediction the police will never explain how they got access to a government vehicle. And even better how a chechen hit squad knew he would be there in the first place.

Do you have a link to "it was a govt. vehicle " ? I had read that it was from a supplier of govt. vehicles ,. kind of like a rent a car business of leasing company .

See earlier in the thread the business is owned by the government like many things are in Russia. And they don't just rent out cars they have to be checked out by government employees. But oddly the government employee that checked it out is innocent he wad just moonlighting as a taxi service. And just happen to stop on the bridge when the killer hailed him down. And just happen to flee the scene and drive our killer home apparently.

No they said 5 he employee checked out the vehicle to run a taxi service at night. So chechen hut men apparently called a cab?? Apparently also a member of the chechen police was involed. This is also strange since thus isn't the first time that's h append either. What to see another political hit that sounds just like this one?? Here to they were trying to get rid of a critic.

So what do a few casualties of war over a 9 year span have to do with Putin calling a hit on his top political rival right outside the Kremlin?

Russia knows casualties of war very well...doesn't take much intellect to see that there is no comparison here.

Nice try though.

I wonder if he was or is the 6th person suspect .? He may have been truly moonlighting and may not of had direct involvement but he does seem suspect . The story is still fresh and there may be lots of dots that connect and other suspicious elements are coincidental .Either way it wont work out very well for him as far as a job goes .Ethics eh .

There has not emerged enough evidence as yet , that would say that Putin did it ,IMO time will tell ...

It is hard to keep up with all the threads about the same arrest. I don't feel like re writing it so here is my post from a different thread.

Seems like given the circumstances, it would be the wiser move to put up your own patsy before whoever was really behind the murder does.

Russia has been pulling the rug out from under western power moves for some time now. It seems to becoming common place now.... Russia > West

Edit to add:

Maybe if the west changed up it's game like... EVER, Russia wouldn't know what to do and when and when to do it.

I'm embarrassed for our team right now.

I starred your post in the other thread and will give you one here as well :>) Seems the only predictable thing you can say about Putin is that you can not predict what move he will make . Those neo-cons must be having fits lol

So you admit it's a set up by the FSB than. But in your world there offering up someone for possible execution instead of catching the real killer because it might frame someone?? Do you realize how stupid that sounds?? See if the west was involved the FSB At this point I think we can say your theory has no basis in reality.

It would make some sense yes. Your assessment of it means a whole lot of squat but feel free to insult at will.

If Russia is being set up with this murder, then it is likely that a "whistle blower" would be popping up soon. So Russia would be right to put up their own patsy before who ever sets them up does.

There is another possibility. Russia may have the patsy that the west intended. They are Muslim. Whatever is going on between the west and Russia right now was not in the cards till the Syrian WMD's. Maybe the west is offering a way out for Russia so we can put this mess behind us... for now.

Russia is a victim of Islamic extremism just like the rest of the world. The west just wants Russia on board. The west does not want to fight Russia but Russia has to start playing along.

What bothers me is the motive. Have they trotted out a motive for the alleged killers?
By the accounts I have read, Nemtsov wasn't a very big fish. Anyone come up with a good reason for Putin to take chances and knock him off?

It seems the motive is Islamists getting back at Nemtsov for some comments he made in support of Charlie Hebbdo paper publishing the Prophet. That's why the trail leads back to Chechnya. Of course a bunch of details don't fit that narrative...

My guess is they were afraid what he was going to report at the rally. One thing I noticed is the police went in and cleared out his house all paperwork and computers were taken. I figure they thought he had something I'll bet mostrich of that stuff 8 never returned.

Right, because Chechens never kill people in Russia...
But it is really convenient for the regime. The question on my mind is, why would the gov't knock him off?
