A new audio tape of bin Laden's has resurfaced on the Internet. It has been nearly 100% confirmed by US Intelligence that it is authentic. The tape is 70 minutes long and confirms that bin Laden is alive since he speaks of an attack in Jedah.

The voice on the tape says instability in Saudi Arabia is due to the kingdom's regime.

"While the struggle in Saudi Arabia appears to be internal, it is part of the struggle between believers and nonbelievers" of Islam, the speaker said.

CIA officials said Thursday they had a "high degree of confidence" that the voice on the 70-minute-long, muffled tape is that of the al Qaeda leader.

Another tape by bin Laden who is supposed to be in the Pakistan region with internet connection, perhaps? This tape confirms that al-Qaeda's leadership is very much operational.
