The Philosophy and Metaphysics Of The Earthly Incarnations An Aid Or A Hinderance

So what is the purpose of earth? What is our purpose for being on earth?

Here we are on earth is it an environment that is aiding the evolution of the beings which come to it likened to a stepping stone to a greater and higher counsiousness.

Or do you believe it to be a place which is a hinderance to the evolution of the beings which come to it likened to a pitfall on your path leading to less divinity and more materialism, and a lower more base form of savage counsiousness.

Is earth everything you ever wanted it to be and more?
Are you on board with the way things are going, is all going just the way you want it to?

How about history, do you believe everything that happened in earths history has been for a good purpose? If not what would you change?
Do you feel that earth is missing something, if so what?
If you could change anything about earth to make it a more progressive place for the beings on it what would you like to change.

Are you with the way things are going or against the way things are going.

IF...and that's a big IF, reincarnation is a fact of life, none of that makes any difference. If my understanding is correct. We are here to learn this life's lessons and move on to the next life, and the one after that, and so on. The 3rd dimension is strictly a classroom. So what happens here is only important while we are here, and have no conscious memories of our previous incarnations, except sundry events that some seem to recall. Which probably happens by design.

Think of each 3d lifetime as a Twilight Zone episode, with Rod Serling giving the prologue and epilogue. The lessons you are here for, and whether or not you succeeded in the end.

I have often wondered what the purpose is for us being here on earth. From an outwardly view point everything is happening at random; a series of events that may or may not connect with each other, producing a beneficial or non-beneficial outcome....

Personally I believe that the reason we are here is to learn. I have my own personal theories and ideas, having speculated for years the reasons of why we have been placed here - if we have even been placed here at all, or if we are just byproducts of one of the aforementioned random series of events, which produced life.

For full disclosure I believe in God and think we were put here on purpose. But like the Agent Smith video spoke of - what is our purpose?

Here is my idea and proposition - I hope I explain it well enough for everyone to understand:

When we incarnate here on earth we have lessons to learn, behavioral traits that need to be corrected (perhaps these traits are traits we picked up from past incarnations, which would lead into a whole other discussion on reincarnation), and perhaps other reasons that are as yet unknown.

I believe we are spirits that are incarnated into bodies. I believe our bodies are made with certain desires, which we must learn to resist with our spirits. Please let me give an example:

Let us say that you always feel the desire for sexual encounters with random partners, or other deviant behavior. (Granted this could all be up in the air for opinion as to what is deviant)

Well, I believe it is your body that is having these desires, not your spirit. I believe your body was created to have these desires, maybe more so than the average person, because you need to learn to resist them with your spirit.

Perhaps we incarnate over and over again, each time growing stronger spiritually, until we reach the point where we are considered "clean" spirits; or spirits that truly understand why certain things are considered wrong, and understand why the ways of the flesh are bad.

Personally I believe the ways of the flesh are bad because they are all ultimately desires that stem from the main root problem: desiring more power.

I believe that ultimately our purpose here on earth is to learn to stop desiring power and control. This desire leads to harm, both to self and others. It is the antithesis of universal harmony, which I believe is not allowed in the more grand spectrum of the spiritual realm.

I think we are spiritual babies all crawling around in our play pens, which is Earth, and are not going to be let out until we have integrated the basic rules of harmony into our spirits, which is eternal and doesn't change.

Earth is just a stage,as is the entire universe. All is eternally temporary, everything gets recycled, and its all good if that's how u choose to see it! Nothing truly ends because the pieces don't disappear they just get reused in a different way

Divinity and spirituality has done nothing for the state of the earth and its inhabitants in the history of the universe.

Oh reincarnation and the learning of the spirit sounds so nice and dandy! Enough to warm our hearts right?!

...I'm more inclined to believe that Earth is a soul prison planet while entities feed from us until we die and then the "light" brings us back here only to get abused again and again. What's the point of not remembering our past lives if the goal is to evolve beyond our physical incarnation?

I fear that it's all a big joke and we are the punch line, so to speak.

We are responsible for everything we experience to some degree or another. Even if a comet fell on my head right now where I sit I would be partly responsible due to my choice to sit here! We are in control of our own lives whether we mean to be or not. The possibility of interference of the kind u speak is in my opinion very real but if u feel imprisoned it's due to accepting the manipulation as truth. We all started at the same place and we are all headed to the same place so I say fight off the divisions! Fight off those that want to create them and accept that they exist for the purpose of strengthening ur free will and playing out the role the path they have chosen lays out! The purpose if progress to understanding and we keep trying til we get it right! Then maybe we pick our 3 favorite perks and level up who knows but I'm riding it til the wheels fall off!!!

So thinking if we are here for a reason why are things so medded up here and seems like they are kept messed up on purpose. Also things like porn and various other habits which could be considered unhealthy may be developed here on earth, so I am wondering if earth is really a healthy environment to evolve.

Maybe that's the point exactly. Put a spirit in the most sinful place possible and challenge them to rise above it all.

Thats akin to putting people in prison and hoping they turn out better, makes no sense.

That shock can come by various means but it takes more to permanently extract oneself (if one considers oneself mired) than a shock.
