CRESTVIEW - A man refused to give officers his name after standing in the middle of traffic, telling officers that he was a “sovereign citizen.”
He still refused to provide his name, telling officers it was “first name Civil Rights, last name Constitution,” the report said. Officers were able to identify the man from previous dealings. He’s charged with resisting or obstructing an officer without violence, falsely identifying himself to a law enforcement officer and pedestrian obstructing or hindering traffic.
