Youtube is PROOF of everything!!!

I missed the thread that sparked this one (at least while it was open). In my opinion posting YouTube videos is cool, so long as you don't use them as the be all end all of proof. Or proclaim to have an open mind but in reality turn the caps lock on or something else. People like that don't realize they are being hypocritical. I have no shame in admitting that I find great amusement in the perceived desperation they give out when discussing topics of passion. The past few weeks various posters have caused me to literally laugh out loud.

Yup. Everything on You Tube is totally true,

LOL this is a promo for a popular video game and so many people rushed in to declare it's authenticity and proof that real mutants live amongst us.

I love how much real proof you can find on YouTube.

I remember my first time using Youtube too.

Brb, omitting my post arguing that 95% of ATS is not garbage.

I have always said you tube was Wikipedia on steroids. It may or may not be true but it is sometimes interesting and all the time suspect lol. So having said that you tube is very similar to main stream media.

and its replying to the wrong post.

When I replied to someone's comment that not
everything on You Tube is true, I said like
The Execution Videos, and then someone
else reiterated his position, and I
didn't mean to be misunderstood to think
that I believe that all You Tube videos are true
so here is what I was trying to reply

I was being flippant again. Some times my sarcasm
is taken seriously and its unintentional.

I was trying to express my opinion that The Media
has been saying for years that You Tube is not a
reliable source of information.

But, now The Media is getting stories from
You Tube and we're supposed to take them
at face value.

I personally believe that all those "execution"
videos are actually FAKE.

So, I was actually agreeing with you, and
I still agree with you.

You can find good information on You Tube,
but it should definitely be checked out,
not just automatically believed, obviously
because anyone can post a You Tube video.

So, sorry for the misunderstanding, my fault.
