Need help - keep getting this error message when i try to sync my itunes with ipod classic - the OS is Windows XP.

A quick check of Bing Search shows that a lot of people have had this problem over the years. A thread in the Apple discussions forum shows different fixes. You will have to read the thread to find a solution that might work for you.

Make sure you are running the latest version of ITunes.
