In almost every case, over 85% of the money raised goes on fees and bills for services in running the PACs. They only spend about 5 - 15 % on their candidates and NO money on community improvement programs.

The IRS needs to get involved with ALL these groups, not just the right wing ones.

A bunch did get audited.

It was part of the IRS/Obama plan.

Some were even audited based on illegally obtained information (illegally obtained by the IRS).
