Human beings have an uncanny way of rationalizing their behaviors. I'm sure they sleep fine, and they have a metric ton of reasons and rationale for what they are doing. I'm even sure they rationalize the reduction in rights and crushing of the Constitution in what they are doing.

So many posters automatically assumed the topic was about infiltrating the general public. It's not.

There has been some serious fraud in the past. One university won a $180 million for a research project. The administration blew $1.8 million of it on a luxury yacht. It was only when the local TV news channel did an article that everyone else found out
