So, since Obama is such a criminal, the first order of business when Congress gets back in session will be to impeach him, right?

I mean, if he -is- a criminal, I support impeachment. So, either this is rhetoric, and Obama isn't actually a criminal, or Obama is a criminal and Congress isn't going to have the stones to impeach.

Why? Because the GOP has 2 years to prove that they are more than just an obstructionist party. Loads of time politically speaking. An impeachment trial would be counterproductive. Propose decent policy. Let Obama sign it or not. THAT'S what the GOP needs to do.

I think that is a cop out. If I believed there was a criminal in the White House, and I elected representatives to get him out, I would demand that they fight every second of the day to get him out of office.

Hillary Clinton
Her presidency would be very similar to bills
there would be a lot of bi-partisan efforts

The climate is different
to many worthless people got positions due to influence and not skill

Despair and hopelessness is not at all what the American people are feeling at this point in time, in my opinion. There is finally an awakening happening, especially in young voters in this country. The importance of doing your homework and actually understanding the issues our three branches of government face day in day out and how they react to those issues, to me, is when Americans can grasp a better sense of where our country is heading. The reason for blaming the President, as you mentioned, is due to the fact he holds the highest level of authority, the commander in chief of this country. But, I can say, Obama made it very clear where and how he would lead this country if he was elected, in 2008. Unfortunately, the people who voted for him did not care, or did not do their homework, or were too lazy to put forth the effort to learn the background of this senator from illinois. All they saw, in my opinion, was a charming, family-oriented, father, husband, african-american, good public speaker who they thought was a better alternative to the GOP candidate at the time. They saw him on ESPN doing bracketology and being "in" with the Hollywood crowd, which placed obama as a pop culture icon so to say. It is sad to think that his supporters knew more and/or cared more about the popularity of obama than his actually policies and beliefs.

Take a close, close look at all of Obama's governmental appointees. Theres a few websites who list them all and discuss, in great detail, each one's history, political stances, etc. In doing so, one is able to draw parallels between each of the appointees. These appointees reflect the direction Obama is attempting to lead this country. Yet, the media does not discuss this in any kind of significant detail, which is why it is difficult for most americans to realize what they hell is going on. Transparency my @ss!!!!

I don't personally believe he is a criminal. However, there are people at all levels saying that he is. If I believed he were a criminal, I would be doing -everything- in my power to get him out of office.

Placing cause based on the color, religious beliefs, gender, sexual preference, etc of a person, makes the person who brings it up appear shallow, weak, uneducated, and racist. If you cannot think of a reason why Obama could be on trial for impeachment, for the sake of the argument at hand, do not just throw in the fact that he is black. Ultimately, it makes you appear extremely uneducated about any political issues at hand. It should be condemned by the american people, but for some unknown reason, playing the race card is readily done by many people and accepted by many. ALL FOR ONE , AND ONE FOR ALL. Your welcome.

There IS transparency, though. You were able easily find this information, read it, digest it, and form your own opinion. The information was not hidden in any way. You were able to post ABOUT this information, and there aren't police knocking down your door. This website is still operating, and nothing has been taken down.

So yes, all of this information IS transparently available to any American or foreigner with the inclination to find it.

What you seem to be complaining about is that the Mass Media isn't somehow spoonfeeding it to us.

Correct. Some people want him impeached, but they do not have any exact reason as to why he should be impeached, just that he should be.

Obama has not taken care that the laws be faithfully executed in that:
1) February 2012: President Barack Obama declared that the Defense of Marriage Act was unconstitutional and ordered the Department of Justice to stop defending the law in court. (He does not have the authority to make that declaration)
2) June, 2012: In the wake of the Supreme Court’s decision to strike down three parts of Arizona’s immigration law, the Obama administration announced they would be severely limiting federal assistance to the state. (the president cannot punish states for self-governance)
3) July, 2012: President Obama announced changes to Department of Homeland Security policy that would allow certain undocumented immigrants who were brought to the United States as children the opportunity to apply for a two-year stay that would shield them from deportation. (circumnavigating immigration law)

President Nixon was impeached for failing to execute extant laws, obama has not been. WHY? Because people cant admit their social experiment is a failure.
