Way back when, on an anti armor range we were shooting old ordnance.
I was firing a dragon at a M113 shell maybe 800 yds away.
I could see the missile in the sites, way too high, I put the crosshair on the ground in front of the target and the missile dove in and hit the target about 6 feet above and 5 feet behind my aim point.
We had civilians there evaluating the performance.
They asked what I saw when operating the weapon so I told them what I had done.
One guy got mad at me for "manipulating" the performance of the weapon.
None of the others seemed to work right either. Most overflew, a couple nosed into the ground and one just flew off into the blue, never tracked at all.
One hit out of 12 rounds.
And I got chewed out for "cheating".

I'd say the weapons manufacturers have their fair share of poor performance.

I was good at that kinda stuff.
At a battalion intelligence briefing on Russian weapons (the russians were the bad guys back then) this lieutenant was describing the RPG and how it was far superior to our LAAWs.
As a young grunt I couldn't help it. I raised my hand and asked, "If they're so good, why aren't we using them?"
I got extra duty for that stunt...and my First Sergeant told me I had a massive amount of testicular fortitude for such a skinny kid.

I miss blowing stuff up.

I can see a joke to play on ISIS.

Drop a few special dud bombs with a radio controlled fuse.

Put a drone high over head.

When all the dumb ISIS troops get curious and start checking out the dud bomb set it off.

If they are lucky they might get a few ISIS propaganda photographers.

If they are really lucky ISIS might even load the dud on one of there trucks and take it back to one of there bases and they can get a real bang for there buck.

Get a number of ISIS troops that way and the ISIS troops will not want to go anywhere near a dud bomb.

Though i don't think the ISIS troops are that smart and likely would keep picking up duds for the explosives in them not thinking they were traps.
And there would likely be no one alive to warn others after the trap was set off.

WTF are you talking about?

What specifically do you not understand? It's pretty clearly written.
