Suggestion - 'Forward Replies Viewing'

I don't now if it's possible to improve the ATS thread replies with the suggestion I'm about to make, but here goes:

In a thread reply to a member everyone can read, by clicking in the name of the replied member on the post, what was the first post about, in a small window . Now, the question/suggestion I'm making is this one: If a member posts in a thread, could he or anyone read (to some extent), what were the further replies to him (in small window also) before going all the thread pages, to see if anyone replied?

Third button from the right on the ATS toolbar has replies to your posts.
Is that what you are asking for?

Thank you, I didn't notice that button. I will use it more often.

That was not really my question/suggestion.
I will try to explain has you can see in the next picture:


When I press your name it immediately appears the message you are replying to. My suggestion is on a opposite direction. Example, If I posted something in thread could anyone of the members read the direct reaction to that post without having to go through all the other messages/posts, by reading it in a small window?
