The PYRAMID OF POWER (hehe) is constructed with economy/fiat money as the stone, and a programmed narrative as the mortar.

Flipping the pyramid can be done with careful design. It will undoubtedly lead to temporary displeasure from those at the top, but the continuing results will quickly change that tune as it provides them with a higher quality of life than before (even if it no longer includes 'bank account measuring contests' that are ever so popular). Think of it like an economic coup d'etat. Just.. not so sudden, non-violent, and instead of a small group it would be the people establishing the dominance (and responsibility) we have had all along.

Come to think of it, maybe a new word would be better!

No human can...because we cant control weather (officially that is, lets not start on HARRP)

Are you so righteous that you can dictate fate? In my experience "birthright" means nothing. Especially when this whole thing is going to reset anyway. If you truly have been visited by something since you were young, you have simply to learn whether or not they are with the Light, or not.
