The fool says in his heart 'there is no God',
and a fool is the one who believes there is no sin,
for his conscience contradicts him and weighs heavily upon him.

Bring thy conscience to God and repent of your evils
for in doing so, you will find liberty,
and your true self.

Be no longer attached to your sin,
freedom is within grasp,
make no excuse if you wish for the key to life,
go.

My thoughts?

A bible verse does not a thread make.

The only thing something like this accomplishes is spreading your religion on a conspiracy site but there are so many other sites to crash for this.

I see a lot of this lately here so my thinking is that the bible thumpers have found a new street corner called ATS avenue.

Peace

Well done. It made me think. We do actively bargain with our conscience when we attach ourselves to a particular sin and seek to justify it. For instance I always heard that my ancestry came from an angry people, and although short-lived, I allowed myself to express anger until someone challenged me and I then learned of my anger's effect on others. A silly example perhaps, but the word attachment in your piece says so much.

... and the fool is the one that feels the need to push their version of God on others, performing judgement contrary to the very word of their beliefs.

The fool is the one who believes they can define god and the relative concept of sin and ceases to question all possibilities.

When dogma stifles questioning all that is left is a hardened heart.

I've lived the fool's life... and found that God is overlord of irony and comedy.
He gently allows epiphany to gradually rise and teach that sin is mortality and that foolishness is expectant.

A fool makes claims of fact without testable evidence to prove it.

They've infested every chatroom and bulletin board on the internet and then wonder why we grab the paint ball gun when we see them coming up the sidewalk toward our doors.

Who's this thread for, a bunch of self righteous Christians who need confirmation of their righteousness?
