I agree. Public protest and disagreement has been marginalised to the point where its in danger of becoming a memory.

A lot of our activities in the Middle East have been questionable and historically murky. It's only natural and reasonable that people question the motives behind the new activities.

Well that's silly and quite honestly offends me greatly. Conspiracy "theorists" are in fact more dangerous.

There is nothing more frightening to would-be salve masters than slaves using critical thinking.

Well just as well I'm not a 'Conspiracy Theorist'.

I'm a Reality Analyst!

Would Cameron prefer to spend 5 minutes in a cave with IS or a conspiracy theorist? That'd tell us how honest his danger-ometer really is lol.

Sure, some CTers can be very, very fricken boring! Still, he wouldn't hesitate to decline the offer of 'quality time' with an IS member would he?

Cameron: killing trust, one lie at a time.

Why does David get attacked ?

He for once is speaking the truth.

He`s right it is dangerous for him and his buddies, and he`s just scared about it, so he`s just expressing his feelings.

Don`t be so hard for him, he`s just being honest.

Defamation—also calumny, vilification, and traducement—is the communication of a false statement that harms the reputation of an individual, business, product, group, government, religion, or nation. Most jurisdictions allow legal action to deter various kinds of defamation and retaliate against groundless criticism. It is usually regarded as irrational unprovoked criticism which has little or no factual basis and can be compared to hate speech, which is can also be taken to encompass discrimination against a particular organisation, individual, nation, corporation or other political, social, cultural or commercial entity which has often but not always been entrenched in the practitioner by old prejudices and xenophobia.

Under common law, to constitute defamation, a claim must generally be false and have been made to someone other than the person defamed.[1] Some common law jurisdictions also distinguish between spoken defamation, called slander, and defamation in other media such as printed words or images, called libel.[2]

False light laws protect against statements which are not technically false but misleading.[3]

In some civil law jurisdictions, defamation is treated as a crime rather than a civil wrong.[4] The United Nations Commission on Human Rights ruled in 2012 that the criminalization of libel violates freedom of expression and is inconsistent with Article 19 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.[5]

'Extremism' is now considered to be disagreement with official lines? (!)

So...half of the house of commons are dangerous extremists by that definition, since they regularly disagree and argue with the Government..are those dangerous MP's who hold different views on issues, going to be bombed in their beds i wonder?

Cameron is talking out of his arse again.

i dont think cameron was saying that.

That was a good speech.

Yes, some conspiracy theorists are dangerous, but they also find and expose information that no one else is willing to find out or too easily willing to ignore.

Four Lions (2010) movie comes to mind for who is talking about.

People willing to run and join up to isis because they hear a few things they agree with that dont know the full picture, you cant just group all people who dont agree into this blob of terrorists. I dont think he said that like you say, i doubt 9/11 "facts" but im not a terrorist, i dont want anyone to kill anyone, letting people die with bad policies is terrorism too and those are the everyday voters.

bad things happen. Ignoring who and why is dangerous, the people making noise about it are the heroes.

He must be a bit a nutcase himself to think like this. To think that people who question what we are told to believe are dangerous sounds like a person suffering paranoid delusions.

Cameron is not only the worst prime minister we have ever had (tony blair was the most corrupt) but he's also
so blatantly a puppet of the queen and rothschild and the corporations that he wouldn't know the truth if it whacked him round the face with a stale kipper!

Wasn't it this man arming the rebels in Libya before the conflict and then didn't like his activities exposed by those who actually watch their government's dirty tricks for oil and resources antics - which often cause terrorism - but 99% of which is directed against an innocent general public, not gits like cameron who caused it in the first place by his policies.

Dimbo cameron's analogy of uniting conspiracy theorists with isis is just about the most idiotic and pathetic thing he has ever uttered. I look forward to reading a lot more about this ludicrous idiot's downfall when the time comes. His purring cousin queenie cos she gets to keep the rights of oil under the soil in scotland might find a different take when UKIP get into parliament. Farage likes a good exposure as do all honest people.

Saying something is for the good of the nation today and security protected means good for the elite only, the public are just fodder.

why was what he said so bad?

work together, stop recruitment, stop known extremists traveling - what other way do you deal with this isis problem?

i dont particularly like cameron either, but what he said is bang on the money. hes not saying go corps, not saying drop bombs, hes saying keep the goal in mind and work together.

muslims arnt the issue, no religion is, hes not saying funk poor people or anything like that. Hes dealing with a huge problem with many factors and to be fair hes not actually doing badly. if you are so smart you come up with an anti isis problem that works.

He's wrong because he, like other 'world' leaders, continue to paint with dangerously broad strokes. Asking questions, challenging unjust laws, or flat out calling the government liars... Those are not crimes. Those are logical examples of people excercizing their rights to challenge the government.

Believe me when i say that Big Government does not have our best interests at heart. Their interests revolve around laws that give them carte blanche to enforce methods of control. Controling the public reaction to the BS they try to pass off in the name of 'National Security'.

If you are willing to give up essential liberties for a feeling of 'security' you have given up both liberty and security. Benjamin Franklin said that, and it rings as true today as it was 200 years ago.

To my mind he should be publicly flogged

Problem is given his background he'd probably enjoy it.
I have little time for any politicians these days as they're mostly cut from the same cloth but Cameron really rubs me up the wrong way , there are so many things about him that I just don't like , he has no interest in free speech or human rights and his solution to everything seems to be to make new laws to ban anything he doesn't like or understand.

If ever there were a new world order shill Cameron's your man , rooted in the establishment with Illuminati blood running through his veins.

Dave and Boris in their Bullingdon Club finery

The blue-blooded origins of Demotic Dave were already fairly well known. Some time ago, a commenter on the Spectator blogsite pointed out that David and Samantha Cameron are 11th cousins twice removed, through their common descent from James I: he via William IV and Mrs Jordan, she through Charles II and Nell Gwyn.

Guten Morgen Karl- As-selamu Alaykum, Shalom Aleichem (I like to keep "them" guessing....)

Could it be as simple as "The Conspiracy "Nuts" being as dangerous or more because THEY ARE REAL? The "other Nuts" are either imagined and/or 'they' are on some lot in the area of Colorado; Arizona the places that usually get flown over with commercial flights?

namaste

P.S. The revolution will NOT be televised, sorry Gil.

Progressive??? Try again. This is the first line of his Bio.

David William Donald Cameron is the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom and Leader of the Conservative Party.

What does it say he's a Leader of???

Ya just like Romney is a conservative...........See the truth for what it really is. Progressive ideals rule this world and is the reason why it is falling apart.

But I am sure the fools will continue to point fingers and say well they represent this party or that.........Just like they did in Germany.
