Near-miss collision on runway as plane is landing, caught on video

Here is a pretty cool video of a plane coming in for landing while another plane slowly crosses the runway. This happened a couple of days ago in Argentina. The pilots were able to pull the plane back up and land on another runway. Luckily they hadn't already landed or it may have been a disaster as both planes were fully loaded with passengers. I didn't see this posted.

Those planes almost played bumper-cars out there. The people filming were in the right place at the right time, good catch all around.

It's not Argentina but Barcelona, Spain, seen it the other day on facebook.

Not sure how this type of incident can happen in this day and age.
