I am recollecting the 'I, Pet Goat II' video where Kali is dancing(symbolic of the 1944 use of atomic weapons)
but there appears a different, masked, green dancer doing the same 'destroyer-of-worlds' dance (nuke symbolism)...later on in the video sequence

the developed world which relies on the interconnectedness of all aspects of economic/trade
is sane enough to Not use Nukes... but the Pakistan's-India's-Iran's of this age are not so mindful of the 'system' of mutual dependency--- these un-proven States may become Rogue at a whim and give their Nukes or technology to others such as ISIL (and the Caliphate they may soon become) or to Saudi Arabia..
with those two Nations/States we might add Israel who is willing to engage in their 'Sampson Option' as the need arises because of ISIL or Saudi (who is desirous of underwriting the Caliphate) or any other rogue faction of supposed 'stable' nuke armed nation

'70' years is a prophetic & symbolic number... thanks for the springboard
