Bananas are radioactive, table salt is radioactive, you are radioactive, your cat or dog, spouse slash children, all radioactive.

A small amount of radioactive material was stolen. This material could pose a health risk to immediate exposure if you held, or swallowed it, but were talking it might give you cancer five ten years from now kind of risk.

It's not pollonium, you aren't going to drop dead from a micro-scopic particle being exposed to you.

It's almost useless, outside of scientific study.
