Just imagine. Ok, let's forget about all cars. Let's just assume the German-produced cars and the Asian-produced cars (except South Korea unless they used electronics made in China or Japan). So let's just say 10 million cars mass accelerate at the same time, and brakes failed. Hundreds of thousands of civilians will die. Pearl Harbor was only 1,100.
So 110,000 civilians dead or 1,100 soldiers dead. It makes Pearl Harbor look like child's play if it happens how I described, doesn't it?

So they mass accelerate at the same time and brakes fail, in built up traffic there might be many fender benders and in less traffic depending on what one hits will greatly affect the outcome.

Oh and cars have steering wheels as well, don't forget.

A car mass accelerating and the brakes failing isn't guarantee the passengers will die, its probable depending on where the car is being driven.

Yes. I estimate that 10 million People will be in their cars when the mass acceleration happens. And I estimate that perhaps 1% of them will die if said incident happened.

Now, if the cars mass accelerate how the Toyota malfunction happened, then yes, hardly anyone, if even anyone, would die. But if the Japanese do surprise attack us, the brakes will also fail.

But there is still time to stop this surprise attack from happening. All that Japanese demand is an-eye-for-an-eye. That's all. Two of our cities for two of theirs. But it should not matter to you if I am wrong because building a better country, you should want to do that on your own accord.

You haven't thought this through very well have you?

What you propose will have a million accidents occur but the odds of all the people involved in the crashes dying are quite high and not very likely, some might sustain injuries and some might die but how you could possibly think that all would die or even a million out of 10 million the way you have explained it is ridiculous and is the reason I ask if you have ever driven a car.

You know, when 10 million cars that are currently being driven on the roads start to mass accelerate, especially on the highways, they are going to reach speeds over 100 mph. Most of the cars have components made in Asia, so it's not going to be someone in one car getting hit by a speeding car behind them. All the cars will mass accelerate in sync. If you seem to think no one will die from this, well, then I ask, "Have you ever driven in a car?" And I ask, "Have you spoken to your typical American?" How do you think an American sheep is going to respond when their car is mass accelerating? On the highways, all of the cars will reach speeds of 100 mph. And considering that they are already driving at 70 mph, even a person who decides to crash isn't likely to make it.
