You can choose to be a lot less violent and have less kids, that IS something that you can control. How? Very simple, just have a few athletes do so on African TV. tell them about the problems and responsibilities of having kids, in other words, educate them(the thing about poor people is that they tend to lack common sense, so you have to make an effort to educate them). Yeah, I can't believe I'm agreeing to wanting a billionaire to have even more money, but I do, completely.
