More Obama.Care networking problems being reported from San Francisco CBS.

It seems many who actually signed up for Obama.Care insurance policies are having trouble locating doctors that accept the policies that were offered.

Very alarming because many who were supposed to be benefiting from this are actually becoming victims of the system itself.

Of course that means nothing because the law says everybody must have insurance regardless of the consequences.

Many "enrollees" are getting defiled.

California Obamacare enrollees are struggling to find doctors who accept their newly purchased health insurance plans.

UCSF Dr. Kevin Grumbach calls the phenomenon "medical homelessness."

CBS San Francisco says that many of the health care clinics for low-income individuals that helped people enroll in Obamacare are now seeing those same people "coming back to the clinic begging for help."

"They're coming back to us now and saying, 'I can't find a doctor,'" Rotacare clinic staffer Mirella Nguyen told CBS San Francisco. "What good is coverage if you can't use it?"

ConsumerWatch: Some Covered California Patients Say They Can’t See A Doctor

Didn't these people know?

You have to get coverage before you can't use it

How much longer are people going to keep defending this piece of crap???????
How many more victims will it take before they open their eyes and see that Obamacare is causing more problems than it worth????

Every day it seems as tho there is always another story uncovering yet more faults/problems with ACA

Why can't Obama just swallow his pride and admit that it is an epic failure and it's hurting people more than helping them

Grrrrrrr.....

Maybe the fallout from this translated into enough disenfranchised
"regular people" will make a difference at the voting booths.
I couldn't help but laugh a little at 'defiled'.. when I heard the tax
penalties would be expropriated from the tax refunds, I felt like a
large tan stripe had been roughly applied to my pajama top.

This also could be a little sticky if you also recall the websites are shut
down until next year... so I'm getting immediately penalized for something
I'm actually unable to purchase??? Justice Roberts: let me konw how that
works out for everybody in commerce when the class action and urine
tsunami financially rinse DC from the map. Time for bed, and Hoppy Feaster.

I'm beginning to think anybody visible with an average IQ, who can actually
discern lawlessness this overt HAS to be called some kind of extremist
now-- or the rest won't be scared of him anymore.
The only thing I'm scared of right now about Harry is that I can't remember
whether or not he's running for another term.... blither blither Nigel...

This medical homelessness is real. It just happened to my daughter. Her provider network no longer covers the facility or doctors she went to, she can't get her meds refilled. She even called the ER and they said "nope" can't help with that.

How pitiful is this mess anyway? I'm going out to look for a bucket of tar and a bag of feathers.

Unfortunately, he's not up for re-election until 2016
And yes, it looks like he will run again

In between jousting with Republicans and hurling invective their way over the government shutdown, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid of Nevada has let it be known he would be seeking reelection in 2016.

Now Nancy Pelosi on the other hand, is up for re-election this fall
If only the good people of California would give her the boot and send her on her way....away from D.C.

Isn't there some mechanism of the constitution or legislation that allows the State of Nevada to recall Harry Reid and kick his useless ass to the curb? The guy is so ridiculously and obviously dirty it's insanity to leave this clown in office.

That my dear, is called wishful thinking. LOL
He's a prime example of why they need to set term limits......since 1987. Whew!!

Although I do believe he shocked people in both parties with his latest outburst about the Bundy ordeal
Even a former Secret Service man said that was dangerous grounds that Reid's walking on when he called those people DT

We do need to clean house tho -- all Americans of both parties
We need to drop this Left/Right crap and focus on what is best for us as citizens and leave the partisan bickering behind
But that goes under the category of...wishful thinking!!

Bottom line...These politicians [D/R] no longer look after us, only their personal agendas

Again, as gratifying as it may be to see Obamacare turning into a nightmare for the people who supported it, I still think it's a mistake to criticize it on the grounds that it's "flawed" or that certain aspects of it are not working the way Obama said they would. The reason being that then all he has to do is fix it and we're still stuck with a law we hate.

The US healthcare system was already weak before Obamacare. Just give it some time. I have yet to see such a major overhaul of a sector working perfectly from the beginning. Expecting it to work currently is just naive.

I doubt any repeal will ever happen. If this proves to be a real failure (at least a few years is needed for it), hopefully US will decide for universal healthcare, which has proven itself in near to every other advanced nation.

It's the same way in every country and colony. What we all really need is, yes, term limits, but we also need a one party system, where representatives are chosen on their ideologies and their passion/ability to support and represent their constituents, rather than their campaign donors. We also need some law changes as well, like if you screw the people to your own benefit, you'll be seeing rope in the near future (it's a green solution thang), treason is treason and laws like the 3 year law of limitations for charges of treason have to go.

Cheers - Dave

My friends been trying to get care through the ACA.

It seems hes still one of those people who can't even get signed up, hes called, done the website, and its still in limbo.

He actually bought into the whole thing, excited to get care, etc.

Still no care, nothing.

He had to go to urgent care the other day and pay out of pocket.

WITH that being said, even broken, he at least has the hope of care, before he didn't, mostly down to a pre-existing condition.

I don't know what the answer is, I just wish we had Representatives that took this as seriously as the pain its causing, instead of using it as a pissing match for political points.

So, what's the problem? Merely pass a mandate, or sign a PO, that makes the free clinics treat those folks and create a gigantic slush funds from the "medically homeless" accounts to pay for those services?

What has it proven? All it seems to have done in places like the UK and Canada was to make the citizens so weak minded they are even supporting a law that fines people for not buying insurance. If it was working so well in those places, they should be outraged that Obama lied his way into office promising his followers "universal healthcare" without an individual mandate and then turning around and doing the exact opposite.

If people think "free" healthcare works so well, why are they fighting tooth and nail to support healthcare that requires people to buy into a protection racket?

It was under cover of darkness that the ACA was implemented and it will be under the cover of darkness that it will be carried out to its logical conclusion, which is the promulgation of a Marxist police state. Healthcare is the ruse for the consumption of the ignorant, which are not so small in number. If anyone here or anyone you know of that claims otherwise treat them as the pariah(s) that they really are.

All defenders of the ACA are anathema and should be looked upon as demons whose intention it is to destroy American civilization as we have come to know it, i.e., western Christian in orientation. The present model will be upended and supplanted by means of the ACA alone. No other means is necessary because all of the elements of a Marxist police state are enfolded into - embedded in the ACA.

The ACA will also be scuttling all 'offenders' of government protocol to the Fema Camps and for those who are eventually sent - if they are 'extremists' or anti govt. - they will most likely be killed. After all, why would the govt. want to keep them alive and feed and care for them? If your own leaders will genocide other people in other countries, they will genocide you too, and you are a damn fool if you don't believe it.

America, you have slept for far too long, and for failing to take responsibility your fate has already been sealed.

Now watch the Sunstien scum come out from under the manure pile to immediately attack this post. It might even be deleted as an OTP - or I might even be banned for it - get it?

I was reading somewhere that the US has 5% of the world's population and takes 50 % of Big Pharma's drugs. Perhaps staying away from the doctor, or not being able to see a doctor will make some people healthier. I know we've all been healthier in our family since you cannot for love nor money get an appointment with a GP. No one has been able to get to see one for at least 2 years. When you ring there's a two week wait so you can't book an appointment and have to ring back every day by which time you're better anyway. Now we don't bother anymore........it is really not worth it and costs more in phone calls.

Something very ominous is taking place right before the eyes of the people of this nation; far too many Americans don’t seem to grasp what’s happening all around them; and if they actually do, it may be that they don’t have it in them to reject and resist the forces that intend to transform this society into one of subservience and submissiveness under Marxist rule and domination. How is it being effectuated and implemented? Big Farma and Big Media!!!

One might describe the mass of Americans as greatly resembling the “proles” that existed in the era of “1984”, aka the Orwellian age. The proles constituted 85% of the population of Oceania, they were the working class. Their functions were simple: to work and raise children. About the only things they concerned themselves with were diversions such as family get-togethers, friends and neighbors, playing the lottery, drinking, taking pills to med themselves out, and watching TV to make them forget about their meaningless jobs.

ACA is also a codeword for total surveillance and much of the way we are to be spied upon in days to come (NOT years) will be through the agency of the ACA. What’s really difficult to understand is that we Americans proudly proclaim for all the world to hear that we live in the land of the free and the home of the brave, that we are the seat of world democracy, and our Constitution and the rights it provides for us are sacred and cannot and must not be violated. And then the vast majority of us watch in silence and apathy as these violations occur.

And then the next hyper-version of this surveillance of the American people is being prepared as we speak. Coming in the near future will be hundreds of drones that will fill the skies over America. We might call this new intrusion into our privacy as the Big Eye in the sky, watching what the American people do, where they go and what they might be up to. That’s real freedom, real democracy and upholding the Constitution, right?

So what are we to do as these invasions of our privacy continue to evolve? Well, there is nothing that can match the power and voices of over 300 million American people if the majority of them speak out and loudly demand that these attacks on our Constitution and our personal privacy be stopped.

But there is no such outcry, there is no anger and outrage and all we hear from far too many Americans is a deafening silence. Welcome to Orwellian America.
