Obama Budget Supersizes U.S. Funding for UN, Global Military

It looks like the Obama Administration wants desperately to increase U.S. Taxpayer funding of the global U.N. military.

Not good when the Administration is weakly struggling to keep it's head above water without swallowing the floating ashes of burned U.S. Dollars.

Most of it marked for the African campaigns.

Very alarming indeed.

Enough with the taxes already !!

At a time of soaring U.S. budget deficits, brutal economic hardship for tens of millions of Americans, and unprecedented levels of federal spending, the Obama administration is asking Congress to drastically increase U.S. funding for the scandal-plagued United Nations and its oftentimes ruthless so-called international “peacekeeping” troops. However, rather than rewarding the widely criticized “dictators’ club” with more borrowed or confiscated funds, critics say U.S. lawmakers should cut off all funding to the UN — and eventually withdraw from the sovereignty-subverting outfit altogether.

In its fiscal year 2015 budget request, which seeks almost $4 trillion in spending overall, the Obama administration is asking Congress to approve a massive 33-percent hike in U.S. taxpayer handouts to the UN and other international organizations. In addition, the White House is pushing “contributions” to so-called global “peacekeeping” schemes that are a full 43 percent larger than last year, sparking outrage from critics.

No Taxation without Representation . The American People Do Not have Any Say when the Federal Goverment decides to Steal their Money to be used in Foreign Intrigues . Or Do they ? Time to put a Stop to this kind of Fiscal Irresponsibility by the use of Our Free Speech before that to is Lost along with the Countries Wealth .....

Obama's a real big spender when it comes to other peoples money. We should drop the UN like a bad habit and good riddance.

The only good thing I have to say about the UN and their "peacekeepers" is I like their blue helmets. Really have a nice contrast and hard to miss.

Is he trying to 'buy' favoritism, or completely destroy the country before his term is over?
This makes absolutely no sense, considering the massive tax hike he enforced on the American citizens and called it ACA !
History has proven what will happen when the common folk are overtaxed to the benefit of a few.....

Yup.

It will be a good debate.

I suppose some lobby influences on some Congress people will happen.

When we have these great human rights countries participating with the UN like Iraq,Iran and China,
I find it very hard that we are even involved with it, let alone give them more of our tax dollars.
I would rather just fold up shop and use that money here for us.
