Awesome Pics of Lightning- taken by an IPAD!

So, I recently downloaded some new photo apps for my iPad and tested them out on a supercell storm behind my house- these are the pics I got using KitCamera-
*I cropped some of them, but other than that, these are the original UNEDITED images*

The second from last image is awesome, They all are BUT that second from last does it for me

Neat photos. There really are some amazing apps out there for iPhone & iPad-ography.

BTW, these aren't "raw" images, they're unedited. "RAW" or "raw" is an image format type, AKA digital negatives.

I'm impressed. Nice photos. I love seeing the power of natural forces at work........as long as I'm not TOO close.

BTW, do you live opposite the Addams Family or does that impressive house belong to you?!!

They're really cool pics! My ipad sucks but it is an ipad2 the lighting is never right with it lol. Cool Rainbows too

Those are some nice shots. I have an expensive digital camera, and yeah...it's REALLY tough to get a good picture of lightening. That was a NICE looking storm cell!

Great shots!! So does the app allow the camera to sense the light and take the shot automatically? I have a nice D40 and timing shots like this are pretty tricky. Kudos to you.
