Its not cryptic at all.

People allow others views to affect how they act and their decisions. Thats how you program people socially. Manipulate trends, play with perspective.

Maybe thats what school is really for?

Errrmmm...not to be sarcastic or anything, but are you saying, if I wear jeans and someone else is wearing the same pants that I'm socially programmed? Seems like a simple thread...but I find it not to be due to your language. Maybe I missed something!

Its about controlling popular thought.

Language is another tool for social programming but its a can of worms to get into. You have to go into math and origins and perspective and everything to get to the core of it.

Humans desire acceptance, almost more then sex.

Maybe I/We should run around naked like the supposed "Adam & Eve" did?

The way I see it, popular thought is like the saying goes "to each his/her own". So now what? What's a popular thought to you may not be popular to say, someone like myself. Nothings popular to me...nothing! Sex, ummm...okay, different part of the brain in operation there. Maybe you want to research Dopamines?

I think you've pinned yourself into a conundrum my friend. Don't forget your current audience...ATS. I get the thought provoking process...however, I don't think you'll get much feedback.

Process "your thoughts" and try to re-identify your objective/message. Maybe you'll have a better chance of getting your "message" across to ATS.

Most will laugh at this attempt though.

Ohhhh...okay, now I get it! Ding! The never ending human ego...lol! That ego, is part of being human and each and everyone of us have one...even you.

"Control" however, is within you. You control you...not me or anyone else. You can try however. The willing follow and the others don't. All of the others that don't follow have egos too. They just choose to do things their way (I'm in this category).

It's called self preservation or the "I want to be me" syndrome, or how about this..."I could careless about what he/she said because it's a bunch of crap" attitude.

There's that ego you were speaking of...no?

i think i have deprog myself, now i wear uniform solely for job, other shirts is for weather purposes.
My view of languages is different, choosing the right language might move you into advancement.
Lesser language will deteriorate you thinking overtime.

So, deprog of dress but keep the language

I want to understand why you guys teach that there is no difference in spiritual and physical desire; and why you teach to deny both.


You command that we not obey the commands of desire [of the ego], while not realizing that your command comes from... the ego?. The tenet self-destructs upon the realization and/or following of the tenet.

And I am not attacking your religion, I am trying to help you see, just as you are for us.

Also, the request for the spiritual definition of ego, who defined it and where they defined it, is sincere - I truly want to know, if you know, if not, never mind. (I want to see the literal scripture you read of ego from, please.)

it works so well people do not even realize it is happening to them...as an example someone watches the latest "Calvin Cline" advertisement and a few days later finds themselves out buying ol calvins clothes believing to themselves that they like the clothes and thats why the purchase

A good reply, mentioning schools. I have to wonder sometimes what people believe schools are intended to "teach?"
In short, the prime lesson is "be a good citizen." That is why it is becoming increasingly important for the federal government to mandate--I love that word for control--a nationwide curriculum. Mold them all the same with the necessary varieties of course, and you can have a well-run master machine of state control that needs little lubrication for the resulting negligible amount of poorly meshed gears moving society and culture along its prescribed way.

The terms drones and hives are going to be the dreams of the elite as they become the cursed reality of the underclass.

Nope. School is there to teach kids reading, writing and arithmetic.

That's why I have a seventeen year old nephew in high school who cannot read. He told me the other day that when he was taking his leap test to go from 8-9th grade, the teacher intentionally left his answer sheet next to the test and walked out of the room. They knew he could'nt read, but pushed him on through so he would be somebody else' problem.

If you ever get a chance to hang around some kids that are home schooled, you'll notice a big difference in how they think. A home school kid generally has to know how to pick up a book, get data from said book, apply that data to a logical outcome when it comes to problem solving. Now take a public school kid, give him the same problem and watch his eyes glaze over as he waits for someone to tell/show him how to do it. Before long I suspect home schooling will be demonized somehow as an illegal terrorist operation or something simply because it makes the kids learn how to think, which is something public schools have not taught in a long time.

Just goes to show they don't want smart people, they want obedient people.

It's not always about what other people think. I'd run around buck naked most of the time if they wouldn't throw me in jail or a mental institution for doing it.

I don't care what people think. I DO care to not be thrown in a cage for doing it. It's social control for sure, but not necessarily culturally-regulated psychological insecurity.
