Move your survival torrent into your head.
Nobody should be reading books in any survival situation....knowledge is less weight and you don't need batteries or chargers.
If you become "that guy" reading stuff in the woods to try to survive....you're already done....get out there and practice and do it for real.
A solar panel is great...knowledge is better.

Unless you can not read, JJ! You could get the Ex set called Firefox. If I remember right anyways, a 8/10 set of books with all the info one could to be a Super Cave Man!
Everything is covered, down to making soap and what Not to Wipe U A with lol. Down side is though, unless one could know for sure what would happen in any worst case ideas floating around, one could plan for years and never be covered!
Since anything could happen and their is the small chance something coming we could not even think of. Then again if Christ did happen to show up lol then what is left is the Dog House so might as well plan on knowing just the basics.
Everything else might become usless!
Peace

Old school paper library of your most important data is the best way to have any chance of preservation during a holocaust. Electronic devices are only useful during peaceful times. At least that's what I believe.

Bushcraft covers all areas of survival and camping activities: making ropes and cords, building huts, camp craft, finding food and water, making maps, starting fires, tying knots, and fashioning hunting and trapping gear—virtually every technique required to stay alive in the woods. With over 400 black-and-white illustrations and photographs, this book explains how to make use of natural materials found locally in any area, conserving instead of destroying native flora and fauna. It describes many of the skills used by primitive man, adding to these the skills necessary for modern man’s survival, such as methods for determining time and direction.

I agree, but who wants to have 100 books in their backpack?
Gonna start with 100 best and narrow down best chapters to print.
