Hi there,

Is there some reason this account can't open new threads on the Posse Comitatus forum? It seems like I've got thread-starting permissions on all forums except that one.

It seems you need 500 post to be able to make one there, let me see if i can find where i saw that

Here:

I had the same problem and made a topic too, after my 500 post i can do things fine in that forum
