Grinch steals Power Tools gets 70 years in Prison WOW

To be honest, she didn't get 70 years for stealing power tools, she got 70 years for being a career criminal with multiple arrests and convictions. The power tools were just the latest and last of a long line.

And the woman who stabbed and murdered my brother got 6 years now that's justice.

Here's my opinion, which won't be popular...

IF she had broke into my house, the castle law allows me to put her down. I see no reason why the state can't do the same. If you commit a crime against a person, and the law allows that person to use lethal force against you for that crime, then the state's punishment for the crime should be the same.

Just my opinion though.
