Many of us here on ATS have read Mish's financial blog, in which he writes
challenges the banking propaganda banksta's and their minions in government.

Mish Fined 8,000 Euros for Quoting French Blog

Mish, U.S. blogger living in The United States, has now been fined 8,000 Euros
for daring to speak the truth about the Euro Banks.

He learned a few days ago he had been fined 8,000 euros, received an express
packet in the mail with a summons to appear before a tribunal in France.

The French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) announced on Nov. 14 that its Sanctions Commission had decided to slap fines on two bloggers, Frenchman Jean-Pierre Chevallier and American Mike “Mish” Shedlock, “for having spread inexact information about the level of indebtedness” of megabank Société Générale.

The same bank, incidentally, that entered the annals of the silly when it blamed and successfully hounded a low-level trader, the hapless Jérôme Kerviel, for its €5 billion zinger of a loss during the financial crisis, while other banks blamed their toxic assets.
www.investing.com...

Well, we have all seen repeatedly, the truth about a bank’s financial condition
is only made known after the bank collapses, not just the Euro banks
but also in The U.S., look no further than Bear Stearns, M.F.Global
and even The Madoff Scandal.

We can expect more of this type of thing, as the elite
are busy brainwashing the masses that The First Amendment
is outdated, and Free Speech is dangerous, and will be punished.

Wait what!!! The French issuing threats?

Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha . .. ( takes a breath of air). Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ( falls on ground from derisive laughter). Ha haha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha.

Seriously who are the French to be challenging anyone. Second the French banks are mad that a citizen if a different country with different laws write publicly what his opinion is about said crap turd bank. What are they expecting?

Screw em mish do t give the banks a cent. In fact I'm sure the bank probably owes everybody a few cents.

I say we as a people should write and mail to all the banks our own bs fines. And demand the banks pay them too.

Good find and great points !!

We are seeing more and more of these wild reactions by the guilty.

The ultra Left banking system is worldwide and they will attack anybody that they see as a threat.

The U.S. 1st Amendment is a giant threat to them.

They will continue to bite like gila monsters whenever they get exposed, and won't let go until sundown.

So they really think this fellow is going to fly to France for this? I sure wouldn't.
So then they get to flag his name, and arrest him if he does ever try to go there?
But of course, wouldn't that put him on a list here in the US too?

Yep, imagine this!

Here is a little more from him

The lengthy complaint went along the lines "I should accept as fact any numbers given to me by Société Générale".

The AFM has no jurisdiction over me, so they won't collect. As a US citizen living in the US, I am not subject to the absurdities of French laws, or French witch hunts. All they get from me is a vow to never go to France.

globaleconomicanalysis.blogspot.com...

Lets hope it stays with the French, though I would not be surprised to see
something like this happen in The U.S. soon enough, considering everything.

Very true, but how long do we have?

Take a look here this article just
blows me away, it is certain proof the The Trojan Horse is
alive and well within The United States.

This article from SLATE is disgusting, by Posner

Americans need to learn that the rest of the world—and not just Muslims
—see no sense in the First Amendment. Even other Western nations take a
more circumspect position on freedom of expression than we do, realizing
that often free speech must yield to other values and the need for order.

Americans need to really wake up soon.

Yes, very good points and questions, it will be interesting to see if there
is an attempt to enforce this from The United States.

Indeed, dicey times we are in.

And to think this guy Eric Posner, is a Professor at the University
of Chicago Law School.

Actually not too big of a surprise there, we have a lawyer in The White House too.

Well this is laughable.

I would send them a letter telling them to go to hell. Are they going to be assisted by the US government in enforcing such a fine? For one of our basic rights of free speech.......

France needs to get their heads out of their asses. This only draws more attention to this guys information.

The banking cartel needs to take it down a notch. Their humanity is showing in all its ignorance and fear.

Im sure this breaches the EU Bill of Human rights.

If the french banks force your Goverment to act like the puppets they are to the bankers then he ought to take it up with EU human rights courts, they will most likley squash it as illegal. French are always doing dumbass things and most the time the EU courts tell them to back down.

Most likley a underhand deal that allows the CIA to pick up a few wanted french citzens and treat them to a special holliday in Cuba.

In exchange they will let the french bank send ballifs in enforce the fine.

Eitherway he should send a appeal off to the EU courts as im sure it will be squashed.

The elites in France have been creating their own version of reality for quite some time (think of all the Loius'). Not to disparage the French in general, they are a wonderful if sometimes aloof people possessed of a great culture and history. That is however, not a ticket to create your own dreamworld and demand that everyone else conform to their reality.

Mish should write them back saying "let them eat cake".

Yes, I think in so many words he did.

It is quite interesting though, even if it is never pursued by anyone
than them. Imagine his surprise to get that packet.

Yep the US rebels were pretty clever with our usage if the French during the revolution. See what we did was use the French to herd the red coats Into ambushes set up by the rebels. Our primary tactics as to put the French upwind. Was all that was needed.

hmm this is weird because,

Did you know that the Société Générale is responsible for World War 2?*

It's true. Hitler himself used to be in charge of the company until he got bored of the eiffel tower and killed himself as a result. *

When Stalin stepped into power in Eastern Europe, the Société Générale knew that they could make a buck off the backs of the millions of chicken herders stuck inside the war-torn soviet union. In fact, every nuclear bomb Stalin ever made is finely engraved "Société Générale" in 24k gold, the same gold hitler took from the Jews during World War 2 and sold to the Société Générale's new leadership. *

Ever wonder how the Société Générale had enough money post-ww2 to give out loans like candy to children? It's because they have kept and maintained an army of slave warriors from Japan, Germany, and fascist Italy. These underpaid barbarians are responsible for every single political assassination from 1946 onwards. *

Well there you have it folks. The Société Générale is a shady organization and you know you don't want a loan all so badly now, especially seeing as part of the fine print of every contract served by the Société Générale includes exchanging away your soul and vowing to practice in Pagan rituals for eternity.*

*indicates a completely true and verified paragraph of unbiased text
