I, for one, am still hung up on the issue of what is and what isn't acceptable speech in regards to things like government sanctioned drug
trafficking. It's okay for the government to do it, but it's not okay for one to make a thread about it, because the subject material is about
drugs? Something is rotten in Denmark.
Drugs ruin lives, and the pharmaceutical industry contributes a great deal to this ruination. But we can't address the 600 pound gorilla in the room
because of forum regulations. Now, I don't know whether or not people should be able to openly admit to drug use, or discuss it in a casual manner,
that's probably too far.
But to just flatly say that people can't talk about one of the biggest issues affecting our nation is ridiculous. If it's a host issue, then find a
less restrictive site host. There's people being made into Pharma-zombies because of this issue, and we're unable to speak about it for fear of
having all one's intellectual effort go into the trash bin. That's not the foundation for an open forum. One should be able to have a frank
discussion about drugs, how the CIA smuggles them in, and how one shouldn't do them because they're destructive to your health and you're
supporting the CIA. Instead, if you talk about them you're marked for the bin, no matter what context it's in. Bizaarely Orwellian for this forum.
