Thanks I'll check out that link.

I found the ciphers online aswell I just have a clue how to actually go about deciphering them

With the U2 it said something alone the lines of their radar installations would broadcast to each other so they could see all the tracking going on and then the NSA would pick up the signals sent and could see what was on their radar screens. I'll look for it in the book and post it when I find it.

Nevada Test Site Oral History Project
Interviews with a variety of people that worked at the NTS, etc.
I have noticed a lot of references to Area 51 in the interviews.
You can download them as PDF's and read offline.

Out of the almost 200 interviews, I have picked out the most "relevant" ones:

Roger Andersen - U.S. Air Force, Area 51 Command Post; Roadrunners Internationale

E.B. (Erma) Johnson - Cook, Area 51, Reynolds Electrical and Engineering Company (REECo); Minister

T.D. Barnes - Special Projects, Area 51; NERVA & NASA; Roadrunners Internationale

Roadrunners Internationale Banquet Presentations

On a different note -
I came across some that are marked as "Temporarily Sealed Not Available Online"
These are all related to an individual called "Pauline Silvia - Biologist, U.S. Navy"
Googling that name I discovered this:
"Atomic Mom is a feature length documentary by M.T. Silvia about two women.
One is the filmmaker’s mother, Pauline Silvia, who was a biologist in the Navy
in the early 1950's and was sent to the Nevada Test Site where she participated
in five detonations. At 23 years old, she was one of the few women scientists on
an elite team of researchers. After decades of silence, Pauline is in a crisis of
conscience about the work she did, work that involved animal testing. In our present
moment of Wikileaks, Pauline is a similar whistle-blower having been cowed by the
silencing machine of the US military. She reveals some of the grim and dark secrets
of the U.S. atomic testing program."

I am deducing that Ms. Silvia has said some things that the government wished she had kept quiet about.
I am trying to find a copy of this documentary.
