British Parliament Porn Habits Used As A Smear Campaign (And The Reasons Why)

I was reading on the BBC News website an article entitled;

"Parliamentary porn consumption laid bare in official figures"

This is being reported in the wake of an article published by "The Huffington Post" entitled;

"MPs, Lords, Commons Staff Under Fire For Accessing Porn Via Parliamentary Network"

In the BBC article it reads that there was a Freedom For Information Request made by The Huffington Post;

The data was released following a Freedom of Information request by Huffington Post UK, which published the story with the headline Oh Yes, Minister!

In 2012, The Huffington Post became the first commercially run, United States digital media enterprise to win a Pulitzer Prize.

It is not to hard to imagine why this story has suddenly appeared is it! Only a few days ago of course The British Parliament voted against supporting the U.S Government as an ally to engage in military action against Syria.

This clearly reveals how mainstream media works. It is all about control of perceptions. It is not about real news. These media outlets are used as part of the game. Obviously on this occasion The Huffington Post has been used by someone who has a position of power in that media organisation who has an axe to grind with the U.K government for deciding not to intervene in the Syria situation.

I see this pattern at work all of the time. I spend a lot of time studying the main stream and independent media outlets.

I will refrain on the moral issues this not very surprising revelation raises as I never cast the first stone. Also, I think it would be interesting to be able to access data relating to porn use by Congress, The Senate et al.

I know, too, that a lot of people in positions of authority are morally compromised and controlled accordingly by who knows what about them.

The only way to beat this my high ranking friends is to be very careful about not doing anything too morally corrupt. Once you done the deed you are compromised and in this age you can bet someone will find out.

Play it as clean as you can and don't fall for the bait when the Trapper comes for you.

Also, among the public I would suggest that we don't let these people get away with using our sense of morality and outrage as such a tool because that is exactly what they do.

On my own part I am being liberal minded and I know that men are just men and I don't expect them to be saints.

It paints the picture that Americans are spoilt kids.
Let's see if they do any more stupid nonsense like this or if the UK retaliates.

Isn't this the same people that want a nationwide filter on porn? Using business connections to wack off to porn with would get anyone but government workers fired it seems. Or is that different in eurpoe? Using business connections for even social media can get you canned in the US.

I was listening to Sky news the other day and they had a report on porn in Britain and they certainly seem to be spitting out some shocking information.

They claimed the average age for an individual start watching porn was 12 in the UK, and that these youths are turning to it to..."learn what to do".

Seems like a smear campaign to me.

This was related to sex education in class etc and the on going pornography debate. Perhaps the British parliament are still unsure of what "sex" is too
