Teen Arrested for Posting Rap Lyrics on Facebook, But Grand Jury Refuses to Indict.

Grand juries are famously accused of a propensity to indict a ham sandwich if a slick D.A. tells them to, but a Massachusetts grand jury has wisely declined to indict Cameron D'Ambrosio, a teen arrested for posting rap lyrics on Facebook that were thought by cops to constitute a "terroristic threat."

This so called "terrorist" was charged with making "terroristic" threats, threats to make a bomb or hijack a vehicle.

He was deemed to be so incredibly dangerous by the Essex County judicial system, that the judge actually denied bail...

Apparently law enforcement has lost the ability to differentiate between a real threat and a harmless idiot.

What they should have charged him with is noise pollution:

"You know I'm straight...no Im not gay"

Sounds like a closet homosexual with a complex if I ever seen one.

This is more concerning than people realize.
Arrested for posting something creative or artistic? So how does this compare to someone posting a YouTube video? If any one of us posted a video where someone is talking about a revolution, doesn't that make us a "threat" too?

Here comes more that wedge. First it's anyone making a direct threat, which we can kind of accept as being worthy of at least investigation, and now it's progressed to anything that can be translated as being a threat.

Post an image, a piece of fiction, a YouTube video or an opinion, and you can also be considered a "threat" as and when some retard in authority wants to.

Slippery slope indeed.
