No, I think its great. Pedophiles have rights too. They should be able to search for child porn in the privacy of their home. No one has the right to know what they are looking at. They are American citizens like the rest of us and the government has no right to try to monitor them.

How would they even know to suspect a pedophile who goes online for their child porn? The only way is to do a key word search, to find out who is searching for specific things. Once you find a list of people searching for those things, then you can get a warrant to drill down to more specific monitoring on those people. If a search engine is totally private, how will they do a key word search?

We have checks and balances. For Pete sake when you use fear of Pedophiles you can justify anything.

Internet Privacy Seekers are no more Peds than you or I. That's why we need the Judicial Branch to sign off.
