My magic wand.

Well, what should I call it?

Magic wand, or holy rod/staf?

So, what happened, I used to collect gems and crystals. Which I kept. And then I somehow found a nice branch of a tree which I kept. Then I moved house, and living here, I suddenly got the impression, oh! branch + gems/crystals..... Let's make such a rod or something.

So I started playing.

This is the second example I made of the branch.

The first was with a quartz on top, and I just added stuff as to what felt okay. Decorating and so forth...
Now I rebuild it after two days and this is what's the outcome:




So it has an amethist 'top'. on the string there's a magnesite, milky quartz and a smaragd. And lower there's a seraphinite.


As to what were the experiences:

Well, with the first composition, creating it is very therapeutic. It was as if the branch was myself, and then I added these influences upon it, which were the gems and crystals. And then observing the staf I observed different things, encompassing different aspects of my life so to speak. These aspects I could observe and receive a reason for. Sometimes I experienced transformation/healing on certain levels.

The energy of the quartz was very strong.

Now, the second composition seems to be more about rest. Probably because of the amethist.

I thought about sharing the experience.

It's made of wood? Hmmm.

What do you know about Gaia?
What do you know about Pan? Artemis?

Well why would you make a wand of wood?

I was just trying to get the conversation going though really.

Also check out the stories about Amethyste, Bacchus, and Diana. Or alternatively, Amethystos, Dionysus, and Artemis.

Oh and about Rhea presenting the stone to Dionysus in other stories.

Well, I could upgrade to metal, silver of gold. But then I have to kill more pigs as to obtain the desired points for upgrading. My shield costed me 3000 points already.I have like +150 left.

To all claiming it's just a stick, well, it was therapeutic. Read the so mystical experience I had with it. That's what I found to be so magical. You guys should really read the opening post of a thread.

Seems my magic wand turned your head into that of an alien OSOTC.

Egyptian god Anubis...? What is the tall staff-like thing that is seen being held by many Egyptian gods and goddesses in ancient drawings? What does it represent? How did it come to be? This link is an example of what I mean. It is being held by Anubis in his left hand...

The staff that Anubis is wielding in that picture is called a was or was-scepter (w3s) . The was is the Egyptian hieroglyph for power. It can be found in many depictions of the gods in Egyptian art, and was common among their pharaohs. The handle was usually in the shape of an animal head and the shaft ended with two prongs. A flagellum is a type of lash/flail/whip that was used to ward off evil spirits. That much is true. However, what Anubis is carrying in that picture (in his left hand), and many other Egyptian gods, like Set carry, clearly does not resemble a lash but a scepter, and is called a was. Now, Anubis IS often depicted with a flagellum, but the flagellum he carries is usually held in the crook of his arm.

Give you some ideas Btw that looks sweet. You should tie some Fire Agate to it. Or some black tourmaline.

Yes I don’t doubt that it was therapeutic for your but that’s got nothing to do with the stick being “magic”, its because in decorating the stick you were creating art and that it was therapeutic about decorating the stick, the artistic expression not the “Mystical magic expression of your stick”.

There are so many sexual innuendos that could be made in this thread I really am struggeling to hold myself back.

Well, intuitive I focus on the thing. It depends on what gems and crystals I use, what kind of images I get. The seraphinite has the ability to provoke self-healing abilities, I read.

It's something very peculiar.

It is very cool to build/make.

I never had much luck with crystals, but that is probably because I never messed with them at all. I know a lot of people swear they work for various things and science is starting to back it up to some degree.

I once had a lady come up and give me two little light blue rocks with gold flakes in them. She told me to keep one in my pocket and one for my wife to hold onto. I still have them, carry one around in my pocket when I find it. Usually it ends up missing after laundry day for a week or so.

Now just make a war club and your set for TSHTF
