The unhappy weep and deny consolation in their pain unknowingly,
They hold resentment for whoever might have made them unhappy.

We must bear very deep wounds in life and choose:
to inflict no pain, even to the hand which wounds us.

Rather than showing your torturer your other cheek,
expose your heart to them.
Because the barrier of forgiveness and love is one
we must leap, before we can see Heaven welcome us.

You may feel betrayed by man;
betrayed by the world;
and you may even feel betrayed by God,
but your tears are not barren,
it is the land on which they fall.

Have you taken up grudges and resentment to console your tears?
Do you take up judgement and pride as a friends in your pain?

Take up the will to no longer move in such a way.
Take the Hand of Jesus,
and allow Him to be your Guide.

Allow Him to love you,
and you will begin to love like Him.

The wound of grief can be very deep.

What words can console a mother,
who has seen her good daughter or son, die?

If the words exist,
I cannot speak them,
but only Jesus, the Word of God, can.

There is so much pain in hearts,
like a scream which muffles and mutes His call.

In hearts there stands resentment and hatred
which scoffs silently and subtly at the Name.

Do you want to see heaven open to you?
Love and forgive.

For a moment contemplate the grief of Mary of Nazareth. What pain she went through, knowing that her only Son would die. She wept seeing Him insulted as a man as she wept watching Him play as a child, because she always knew that they day would come. She was aware from His birth that her heart would be broken from a sorrow like Jesus'. She accepted God's will in love, and forgave and loved even His most vicious murderer, knowing that through the death of her Son, the gates of Heaven would be opened to the souls of man.

The gates are open to all who choose to love and forgive.

It will never be too late,
but why wait until you lie on your death bed,
when you can have the peace of God now?

The groan of hearts is a sincere one:
"How can we love,
when man has tortured us,
our friends have hurt us,
and God has abandoned us?"

God abandons no one.
He sent His Son that we may know this.

Jesus is here,
He placed the groan in your heart which cries "Father"!

His Heart has never left your side,
It continues to make promises to you,
and is there to assure you
that your grief will turn to joy,
if you only wish.

Know that their exists in others a grief that is greater than yours.
Give your heart and console those who are such.

God is good in doing what He does.

By judging his will we see only falsehood,
and welcome only the Darkness,
by ignoring the Light which is veiled by darkness;
the good that comes through pain.

Take the gentle hand of the Blessed Mother.
Let sorrow join you together with her.
Take her as your mother,
allowing her and Jesus to console your tears.
