Nellis has a solicitation on the GSA website for a company to maintain their pods. [No, not invasion of the body snatcher pods. Pod are to track aircraft in combat simulations and/or jam radar.] Request number F3G1EA2180A001

Pod Support

Foreign material refers to military items that are not in the US arsenal, so to speak. Usually Soviet era or Russian products. The PDF doesn't specify what foreign aircraft they are using. We know Nellis has a MI-24 Hind. Nellis took the "petting zoo" off their website, but I found some photos from someone who got the tour. The Hind is there:
