Fear and health in the U.S.

The Flu Season is Here! Are you going to participate, or not? If you wish to participate this season, you can get a flu shot, if you are a part of the “at risk” population or you can bribe a health care professional into giving (selling) you a shot. You can also participate by allowing FEAR and you’re compromised, deficient immune system to allow you to suffer the flu. If you don’t wish to participate, now is the time to start boosting or enhancing your immune system, so start doing it. You will not learn how to enhance your immune system from your average conventional health care professional. They will; however, assist you with maintaining your compromised immune system.
The preferred way to participate in this year’s season is to get a flu shot. This year there are not enough shots available, so fear, or heightened fear and anxiety, have been added to the 2004 season events. Now you can participate in an enhanced flu season, and if you are anxious enough or have enough fear, your health care professional can prescribe a drug that will diminish your anxiety and fear symptoms. One great thing about anxiety and fear is that you can continue to take the drugs, with their wonderful mind dulling affects, long after the flu season has ended. Our health care system continues to be the major source for flu shots, mind dulling drugs and compromised immune functions.
[Our health care system, or more appropriately our Medical Control Complex, is the Supper Wall Mart for health and being unhealthy.]
We are exposed to massive amounts of fear based propaganda and fear is a powerful emotion for control. Fear immobilizes, tends to cancel productive thought processes and causes most individuals to spend excessive thought energy on problems allowing little energy for solutions. Fear takes the place of creativity and intelligent actions. Fear can deplete your immune functions and cause you to be sick. We tend to be the way we think we are and if you have a fear of being sick, you likely will become sick. Depak Chopra has a great book on thoughts and health “Ageless Body, Timeless Mind.”
[Empowered people are less fearful; people that are victims are more fearful and more unhealthy.]
The U.S. spends more money on health care per citizen, than any other nation in our world. This year, we will spend about $l,600,000,000,000 total; I think that is the way to write 1.6 trillion and the amount has been increasing by about 3% every year. So, we should be healthy and getting even more healthy. Not so. About 65 million people suffer from some form of cardiovascular disease; 20 million suffer from asthma; 64.5% of adults and 15% of children are overweight and about half are obese; 18.5 million suffer from diabetes; about 5 million adults have Alzheimer’s; 12million have mild cognitive impairment; 22% of adults suffer from sort of mental disorder; 18% are diagnosed with depression and about 5% of all children are diagnosed with ADHD. About 60% of our total population have a fear of getting the flu. And – these are just some of the major health concerns in the U.S. We do not seem to be healthy and we are not getting good bang for our health care buck.
Our medical control complex will spend about $175 million this year buying political favors and influence to make sure that they stay in control and that our health care system stays the same. “They” fear an epidemic of wellness. If you are not well, you could be suffering from Dysfunctional Health Care Syndrome and if you are not happy with the dollar amounts you spend on “Health Care,” you are suffering from Dysfunctional Politician/Political System Syndrome.
[The solution – start to gain control over your health]
The process of gaining control is incredibly simple and doable; however, it will cost you some time and effort. Learn of, use and support alternative health practices, because they work. If you do this, the medical control complex will have to let some of their politician’s go, to fend for themselves and do their jobs. A little knowledge can be dangerous to those that want health care to remain the same, so gain a great deal of knowledge and become a real threat. Suggested reading: “Health, Greed, Power,” found at downloadpress.com and “Prescription for Nutritional Healing” and “Racketeering in Medicine,” found at amazon.com or your favorite bookstore. If you don’t look out for your health, the looking will not take place. Bob Brown

I refuse to get flu shots, especially since they can actually give you the flu. But the other reason is that I tend to get paranoid about anything that is so highly endorsed by the media, insurance companies, and government. It's also convenient that they keep running out.

I'm actually pretty sure I had the flu in the past month or so. I had all the symptoms and it knocked me for a loop. But I got some rest and got over it.

I have never had a flu shot nor do I think it is worth it. Especially considering most people I know who get the shot end up getting the flu. Its all about eating healthy and taking care of yourself to build up your body's natural immune system.
