Ph.D 'I won't let you down': Anyone know the woman in this video?

Great song but does anyone know who the lady is? Not sure if it is the same woman in both videos.

Only two names I have found as candidates are Nina Carter (former model) and Kim Watson (actress apparently and now owns some kind of business in hypnotherapy or something).
