Can we both agree on that? I think you need to read the conversation again because that is my point. A homeless person's survival "skill" is mooching off of others. If there is nobody throwing stuff away and nobody to give them change so they can get food their skill set becomes obsolete.
There is a reason why hobos live in cities and they don't all live in the middle of the wilderness.
I have tried to point this out and all i get is some stupid moral objections, personal attacks and trying to derail the topic.
