That is a sure way to get shot eventually. How many times have you seen videos of a Russian driver emerging toting a gun in total road rage?......Yeah, this bus driver will be shot one day.....

Something tells me that the prevalence of dash cams in that country, especially on commercial vehicles, serves as a big deterrant to gun crime on the roads. It's no fun shooting at the other drivers if you can't get away with it.

The car driver most probably did cause an accident with the motorcyclist.

I just wanted to put that video out to show what 'can" happen when people go nuts in vehicule incidents, even if this does not touch the particular thread in question.

For the anecdote : This topic reminds me a little of what my ex next door neighbour did in his younger days after being insulted by the guy in the car behind him :

My ex neighbour who was generally a very calm and reserved kind of person, proceeded to get out of his car, opened up the boot to retrieve the car jack and proceeded to smash in the windowscreen and bonnet of the insulting driver behind him before getting calmy back into his car and driving off.... The crazy thing about it was that the other driver didn't even call the police

It amazes me how driving a car can change peoples' personalities. Normally calm people can take on the personality of Godzilla.

It is interesting that your ex-neighbor actually got out of the car and proceeded to act out of character. Often people tend to be more aggressive and feel safer sitting inside their steel box.

In the heat of the moment, and if already a low level thug with a couple notches on your belt, it could be easier.

Allot of things can happen.

This reminds me of something I once saw in a 70´s karate tournament video that had in interview with Bill "super foot" Wallce,

He said something to the effect that "if you push your weight around long enough you end p finding someone that pushes back".....or something like that. Basically he gets away with it because he is nuts. He is not the only one though and the way he´s gunning he will meet that other nut eventually.

If you've read the article you know why he hits them cars. It's because if he brakes the passengers in the bus can get injured because there is NO seatbelts in a bus remember? So he keeps driving the same speed and sometimes gives a little extra gas just to bumb the mofo in front of him who cuts him off. I used to ride the bus allot and it's no fun when he has to step on his breaks so props the the driver and if u don't agree then take a bus sometimes

no desire to drive in russia. ever.

I love this bus driver! The people not only cut him off, but brake as soon as they're in front of him! They deserve it, imo.

There you go. I think some here in this thread are unaware of Russia's auto insurance fraud schemes that are running so rampant that Russian drivers install dash cams in their cars to help fight the fraud. Its easy to understand why this drive has never lost a day in court or fired & thats because car insurance fraud is such a problem. If he was driving & up loading that in the USA it'd be quite different for him. Anyone watching the video in the OP & wonder how the drivers cutting off the bus could be so dumb? Chances are they could be scheming.

That's a great video. I hate stupid drivers myself, so I got a little bit of pleasure watching him get his revenge. That's what happens when you cut people off. Karma is a...you know what.

ETA: It didn't look like anyone was hurt so it's okay. However people say that he could kill or seriously injure someone, that's true he can. But so can the ****head that decides to cut off the bus in the first place.

Both parties are guilty of stupidity in all this. If I ever go to Russia I am never getting in a car OR a bus........

Also, is he the only bus driver to do this? Just wondering how the other bus drivers, who I am sure face the same problems, manage not to kill or injure their passengers when avoiding these cars?

i dont know how to feel about this
on one hand i dont want to support this type of vindictive behavior
on the other it doesnt appear that these low speed rammings are likely to injure anyone and it it WILL make the other drivers stop and think about their bad driving habits and by ramming them lightly as he is he forces them to understand that what they just did could have caused an accident and at least make them more aware of their actions

overall despite the damages and fact this guy is getting his crazed vindictive ego fed i think more good than harm has come from these rammings

...and another thing, who the hell cuts off a large bus like that?

I mean where I am from there is a lot of traffic and a lot of commercial trucks coming and going. As a rule of my own, I know not to mess with them. One being, cutting them off like that.

But everyone else's time is more important then the rest of the world.

Just my two cents.

Where is the evidence that this is a bus? Could be a car, truck, semi...whatever.

His name is Alexei Volkov and he works in Zelenograd, a city 23 miles north-west of Moscow

How about the safety of all the passengers on the bus? Such as kids and the elderly?

Why not slow down and get behind the bus? Why must one cut off the bus and put everyone's lives at risk? What if the buses brakes go out or something else unforeseen happens that could have been avoided if the bus was not cut off?

It seem that "must be first" mentality causes people to risk everyone's lives just to get 1 car slot ahead of the other lane instead of just slowing down a little, using your blinkers and then go behind the vehicle.

I also noted that hardly any of these vehicles used their blinkers. Blinkers can save lives but most people do not seem to know where they are located or wish to take the half a second to use them.
