I saw the Spitfire but thought the other was jet driven, I'm not sure what it was but not a P-38.

Does anyone recognize the third aircraft?

Also, I'm curious to the differences between the P-38 and the Mosquito, performance-wise. I would have thought the mosquito would be faster, yet on the P-38 videos, they say the P-38 was real fast. Better engines than two Merlins??

The P-38 does look more streamlined than the Mosquito. I had thought a plywood plane would be damn fast with two Rolls Royce engines.
