I was staring at the sky for signs of ufos. It was a nice clear day with blue sky. I was trying to relax my eyes and just "let go" in order to see any orbs that could be in the sky. All of a sudden I seen thousands of them in my field of view. At first I thought I was seeing into the spritual realm, but after I kept it up off and on for the next 10 minutes I noticed all these little orb streaks had a pattern. They were pulsating with the beating of my heart. I realized I was seeing my blood move around in the capilaries in my eyeballs.

I looked it up now and found that this effect actually has a name. It is called Scheerer's phenomenon. No, not Schrödinger's cat lol. I'll give the wiki link

Scheerer's phenomenon

I didn't quite know what forum to put this in so I hope the gray area is ok.

You should go see the doctor for an actual diagnosis.

Are you sure that they weren't snowflakes that you were seeing? There are millions of those UFOs outside at this moment flying all over the place
Maybe it should be called snowers syndrome.

Most people are able to see this phenomenon. However, it is rather weak, and many people don’t notice it until asked to pay attention.

Everyone that looks into a blue sky will see this effect, its normal
Remember reading about it, its something to do with the white blood cells

I believe you.

There are thousands if not millions buzzing the Earth at this time - I've saw them.

Let the nay sayers "Nayy" as much as they want - We know what we saw.

It's their loss not ours aha.
