Not 'just a dream' at all. This is genuine and these conditions will happen soon. The fact that the military kill the refugees indicates that the city probably is in the Denver region. That's where the new seat of government has been established for the Earth Changes. Life will be cheap there.

I believe it was just a dream.. You were following the Gaza conflict.. Maybe you heard on the news about this Cartel leader who was captured and your brain mashed it together.
