I know nothing about astrology. I suppose this is sort of a reverse horoscope? Could you tell me if where the constellation ophiuchus (called the 13th zodiac) is on 28 Feb coming and if it is of any interest (like, this will be a good day too ...)? Does the constelation phoenix have any bearing on this at all?
