Perhaps its Time to Rethink T&C 16e?

Just a suggestion in light of the recent passage of laws legalizing Marijuana in Washington and Colorado is it time to exclude Marijuana as an Illicit substance from 16e?

Obviously it is up to the board owners since it is their house but there were a couple good threads on it that got 404'd that I felt were pretty good threads discussing the subject and it technically is not illicit and would not be in violation of the T&C anymore...

What say ye board owners?

16e.) Illicit Activity: Discussion of illicit activities, specifically the use of mind-altering drugs & substances, engaging in computer hacking, promoting criminal hate, discussing sexual relations with minors, and furtherance of financial schemes and scams are strictly forbidden.
