This is amazing. What a great feeling for this couple, and especially for the grandmother, wow!!!
I have never had problems pro-creating, but if I did, I would be a little un-easy having a stranger carry and have my child.

No biologically it is her daughter and son in-laws child. The child has none of her DNA.
